The last week of the season went by very nicely. The guys caught a ton of salmon, thanks to the warm weather not pushing them up the creek, and we came out with 306 silvers total for the week. That puts us at a little over 1500 salmon for the summer! If you took every fish we cought this summer and laid them out, tip to tail, we would have a line stretching for 1/2 – 3/4 miles long!  It’s been a great summer.

Thanks guys for coming up and your willingness to help out. It’s been great having all of you, (to every camper) and we can’t wait to come back and do it again next year.

Here’s the final group photo.

Thank you God for a great summer.

It always seems like the fish stop jumping when the camera comes out, but here is a decent video of the fish jumping around.

Salmon are still thick in the bay…some of our guys have to leave tomorrow because of ferry schedules, but they had a great time out there on the water. They caught their limit, and then proceeded to catch and release 27 more fish. All in all it’s been a great week so far.

Halibut trip today brought back 10 fish, largest being 47 lbs. There were no problems from carbon monoxide, and the trip went smoothly. Thank you Lord.

Dave Caudle has blessed us with devotional messages for the last 2 weeks. He has been uplifiting to the camp and has helped us very much. Also Trent and Allise Morgan have both came up for this week to help out, and they’ve blessed us as well.

Pray for the last day of the last camp, that it will go well.

Thanks
